About the DHART-BLS Command Hub
Dartmouth Health
DHART-BLS Command Hub is a centralized operational platform built for the ground-based Basic Life Support personnel of the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Advanced Response Team (DHART). It brings together the daily tools and information BLS crew members rely on into a single, secure hub — from clinical reference materials and patient care facts to vehicle readiness checks, medication inventory tracking, and preventive maintenance logging.
The platform is designed for DHART-BLS EMTs, communications specialists, field training officers, and operational supervisors who need fast, reliable access to shift schedules, duty-time documentation, in-service training records, and real-time Notices to Airmen (NTA) alerts affecting routes and operations. Administrators can manage fleet vehicles, publish operational notices and training materials, and monitor key performance indicators such as call volume, transports completed, and missions declined.
Built and maintained by the DHART-BLS program at Dartmouth Health, the Command Hub streamlines day-to-day operations, supports compliance and training, and helps ensure every crew is ready to respond. It is a secure, authorized system intended exclusively for DHART-BLS personnel and authorized administrators.
